If I made an error in entering the passenger's name, what do I have to do?

Any error in name or spelling of the name means that the ticket will have to be cancelled (with the applicable cancellation charges) and a new one purchased in the correct name, subject to current fares and availability of flights.


Minor name or title corrections may be allowed, subjected to the admin fee and other relevant fees. Please contact us with your booking reference and a copy of your passport for assistance.
